BootSkin 1.02 is a usefull application for changing the Windows Boot Screen in Windows 2000 and XP.
BootSkin is a lot safer to use than other XP boot screen changes. It doesn't patch the Windows XP kernel. Nor does it require the user to download replacement Windows XP kernels to do so.
